Effective protection and seamless integration

The partnership with Myra protects the stackfield.com domain against cyberattacks. The implementation of the protection services is simple and requires no additional hardware or software.

There are basically two approaches to choose from for the technical activation: In the first step, either the customer's DNS entry is adapted for layer 7 protection or the authoritative DNS server is transferred to Myra. The second step involves importing the relevant zones or setting up a CNAME entry, depending on the approach chosen. Finally, Myra's team of experts carries out the configuration for filtering the traffic.

The primary challenge in securing Stackfield was the team chat function: as an all-in-one collaboration tool with a messenger function, the immediate provision of new information is of great importance for Stackfield. Request/response-based protocols such as HTTP are not suitable for this type of information provision, as clients have to keep asking whether new information is available. The bidirectional websocket protocol offers a solution to this problem; Myra has implemented connection protection on layer 4 for these long-lasting connections.
